Welcome to the Girl's Lacrosse season!

We have outlined below some of the basics to how the girls lacrosse teams are managed throughout the season.

• All communication will be through email and posted on the team pages in case you deleted important information.  If you have a special requirements, contact your team coach immediately so we can plan.  
  • Please make sure your contact information is up to date as this is the only way we keep in touch with you and your daughter with regards to schedule changes and announcements. 
  • If you wish to keep your information confidential, please login and change your account settings to private and phone/email will be visible only to administrators & coaches.
  • Note: It is possible to have more than one email - just separate with a comma in your account setup.

• Team Page(top 2nd tab).  You will find all the information you need here:
  • Copies of all emails will be posted.
  • Team Roster  Your daughter's name and contact information only are on the team page, accessible to only team members via a team password which will be emailed to you.  You are able to change this by selecting "private" on your individual account setup page. 
  •  Coach's names and contact information.  Always feel free to contact your coach.
  • Team Schedule.  Once you have been notified that the schedule is posted, all schedule changes will be notified through email.  This is most likely when there are weather related delays or cancellations.

• Bad Weather.  If the weather looks bad, check your email prior to practice.  We try very hard to make practice cancellation decisions and notifications 1 hour in advance.  If made 1 hour ahead, coaches will not be at the field.

• Issues & Problems.  Should you ever need to address the coach with any problems or issues, please feel free to do so.  We are very open and only wish the best experience for all players and will do our best to address every issue.  Please be positive and email/call the coaches at any time
